My objective in somatic coaching, is to address and alleviate symptoms of psychological distress, trauma, or other mental health issues by focusing on the body's sensations and physiological responses. This therapeutic approach recognizes the interconnectedness of the mind and body and aims to help individuals release physical tension, process unresolved emotions, and promote overall well-being. Heal from traumatic experiences by addressing the physical manifestations of trauma stored in the body. Deepen body awareness by a greater sense of emotions and physiological responses. Ground autonomic nervous system by helping individuals achieve a state of balance. Elevate emotional regulation and responses to stress by cultivating greater awareness of bodily sensations and developing healthier coping mechanisms. Integrate mind, body, and emotions, through promoting holistic healing and overall well-being.
